What makes Folino’s Pizza crust different? Why do you say Trust Our Crust?

Folino's Pizza uses a 14+ year old leaven (similar to a sourdough starter) to ferment our dough. The dough cold proofs for 3 days allowing the bacteria to develop and create robust flavor profile to the our dough. There is no commercial yeast used or shortcuts to making our pizza dough quickly or to be used day of.

Do you offer gluten-free or dairy-free/vegan pizza?

We do make our own gluten-free crust, which contains almond flour, but is dairy free. It is only available in a 12" size. We also source a dairy-free cheese option our of Brooklyn that is exceptional and nut-free. We also make our own vegan sausage crumbles as a meat-free alternative. We shoot to have something for everyone no matter their restrition.

Can I order pizza by the slice?

Yes, all our locations offer slices daily until 4pm or so with specality slices and combo deals midweek. They are stored warm and ready to grab for a quick and affordable lunch option.

Is Folino’s BYOB?

Only our Shelburne location, which is located next to Fiddlehead brewery, is BYOB. All other locations have a selection of beer, wine and ready-to-drink cocktails.

Do you offer take-out and delivery?

All locations offer take-out via phone orders or online ordering through Toast. Our locations in Shelburne, Burlington, Williston, and South Burlington offer delivery via third party platforms such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, and eZ-Cater. There is associated fees that apply to using those platforms.

Which Folino’s locations are closest to college campuses?

Our Burlington location is within walking distance from UVM and Champlain College.

Our South Burlington location is within walking distance from UVM and Champlain College and a short drive from Saint Michael's College.

Our Williston location is a short drive from Saint Michael's College.

Our Northfield location is within walking distance from Norwich University.

Does Folino’s handle large orders, party catering, or event catering?

Yes, we handle large orders with an appropraite lead time. We can host large parties depending on the location.

Can I bring beer from Fiddlehead into Folino’s Shelburne?

Yes, you can bring sealed containers (growlers or cans) from Fiddlehead as well as sealed wine from Shelburne Vineyard located across the Route 7. You cannot bring in a poured pint. You can also bring in any other sealed alchoholic beverages (beer and wine only) you have purchased.

How do you handle severe food allergies or gluten cross-contamination?

We do our best to accomodate any allergies that are presented. We do let guests know we are a pizza restaurant that uses a lot of flour in our production.

Do you have outdoor seating or dog-friendly patio areas?

We do have outdoor seating at all our locations and dogs are allowed on the patios only. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant spaces, unless a service dog.
