Terms of Use
Last updated 28 August 2026
This agreement governs use of the software application Folino's Internal Reporting ("the Application"), which is owned and operated by Folino's Pizza ("we", "us").
1. Internal use only
The Application is proprietary internal software. It is not sold, licensed, distributed, or otherwise made available to the public. Use is limited to Folino's Pizza and to individuals we specifically authorize, acting in the course of their work for us ("Authorized Users").
2. License
We grant Authorized Users a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to use the Application for Folino's Pizza's internal business reporting purposes only, for as long as their authorization remains in effect.
3. Restrictions
Authorized Users may not:
- use the Application for any purpose other than our internal reporting;
- copy, distribute, sublicense, sell, or otherwise transfer the Application or any part of it to any third party;
- connect the Application to any account not owned by Folino's Pizza;
- use the Application to access, alter, or export data they are not authorized to see.
4. Data accessed
The Application reads accounting data from QuickBooks Online companies owned by Folino's Pizza, and sales and labor data from our Toast point-of-sale account. It does not write to, modify, or delete any QuickBooks Online record. Its handling of that data is described in the Internal Reporting Privacy Policy.
5. Third-party services
The Application connects to third-party services, including Intuit QuickBooks Online, Toast, and Google Sheets. Use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or conduct.
6. Ownership
The Application, and all intellectual property rights in it, remain the property of Folino's Pizza. No rights are granted except as expressly stated here.
7. No warranty
The Application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Its output consists of forecasts and comparisons intended to support business judgment, and it is not a substitute for professional accounting, financial, tax, or legal advice. We do not warrant that its output is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Folino's Pizza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from use of the Application.
9. Termination
We may withdraw authorization and terminate access to the Application at any time and for any reason. Access may also be ended at any time by revoking the Application's authorization from within QuickBooks Online.
10. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
